Overview
Fraim is designed to empower individuals to set their own goals, with the support of AI and managerial feedback. Goals can created at any time via the Actions menu.
Goal Definition
Purpose
The benefit of achieving the goal.
Initiatives
Plans or steps to achieving the goal.
Due Date
When the goal needs to be completed.
Owner
The person responsible for the goal.
Set Goals
Goals can be suggested at any time via the Action menu.
Step 1: Complete the Add Goal Action
This guided conversation will help you define the your goal, and insure it is written in a standard way.
Step 2: Approval
Your manager will be sent your proposed Goal and will be asked to approve.
Step 3-1: Acceptance
Your goal will appear in your Goal Space, where you can track it's progress alongside other goals relevant to you.
Step 3-2: Feedback
If your manager has suggestions for adjustments to the goal, you’ll receive a Conversation where you can take on the feedback and revise the goal description.
