Manage your people, align their goals and review progress, all in Fraim.

Overview


The organisation page in Fraim’s Webapp is where you’ll set users permissions, timezone and role specifications for your teams.

User’s have access to the Fraim’s mobile app and those with Admin rights have access to the Webapp.

Access to the webapp should be limited to those in senior leadership to set strategy and view company wide data.

Organisational Hierarchy


Fraim enables leadership to review individuals goal progress in weekly updates. These updates gather additional feedback indicating if team members need support or an in person meeting. Give managers their time back, everything you need to know about your teams progress is waiting for you in Fraim.

Manage Users


Add New User

From the People tab in Fraim’s webapp, click + New user in the top right corner. Fill out ‘Add New Person’ pop up box and select save.

Edit User

From the People tab, locate user, click 3 dots on right side of location, select edit.

Select cancel or save when ready.

Delete User

From the People tab, locate user, click 3 dots on right side of location, select edit.

Select cancel or delete when ready.

User Settings


Manager

Select a user’s manager inline with their allocated reporting line. Managers will receive this users weekly review in Fraim’s manager report each Friday. The manager can also set the team strategy and priorities in line with the wider company strategy.

System Role

Access to Fraim’s webapp are defined by a users System Role. Current options are:

  1. User

  2. Admin

Organisation Role

Access to elements of the webapp are defined by an Organisation Role. Current options are:

  1. Member

  2. Executive
